Jon Lang

Jon Lang is a Partner in EY’s Assurance practice in New England and has over 25 years of experience working closely with both public and privately held companies in the technology industry, including early-stage and middle-market technology, and large multi-national companies.

Jon has extensive experience in advising clients on various technical issues such as revenue recognition, business combinations, equity and debt transactions, and stock-based compensation and has significant experience assisting his clients to prepare for and consummate initial public offerings and other filings with the SEC and in managing the challenges that newly public companies face including the impacts of 404.

Jon served as the East Region Technology, Media & Entertainment and Telecommunications (TMT) Assurance Market Segment Leader overseeing our presence and support in the East Region across our Assurance services, and working with our teams in identifying and forming lasting relationships and providing services to high-growth organizations, including VC-backed/private equity companies and their investors, large private and family enterprises, IPO-bound companies, and public companies helping them navigate the various aspects of a growth-oriented enterprise.

Jon graduated from Boston College with a BS in Business Administration, Accounting and is a CPA in Massachusetts, and a member of the AICPA.
