Sharon McNally

Sharon McNally is the Chief Executive Officer of Camp Harbor View and has been with the organization since its founding in 2007. She simultaneously served as Chief of Staff for Jack Connors from 2007 until his passing in 2024. Prior to joining Camp Harbor View and the Connors Family Office, Sharon was a member of the Development team at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she also served in a volunteer capacity on the Women’s Health Leadership Council.

An active community volunteer, Sharon is the Chair of the Board of Directors of Community Servings and of the Clergy Trust of the Archdiocese of Boston. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Health Equity International and past Chair and current board member of the Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare. She formerly served as Board Chair for Big Sister Boston.

Sharon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Colby College. A lifelong Boston-area resident, she and her husband live in Boston and Orleans and have three grown children and nine grandchildren.
