Khandace Wilkerson

Khandace serves as the 11th Grade Program Coordinator for the Connors Leadership Academy.

Khandace first joined Camp Harbor View in 2016 as a camper and immediately fell in love with the sense of community and love that accompanied the camp experience. From there, she became an LIT and graduated from the program in 2022. Khandace’s impactful experience throughout the Leadership Academy followed her throughout her years at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Finding a passion for youth development and civic engagement, she worked as a student mentor and Chapter Director for Girls Inc. of Greater Boston and Lynn.

As a graduate from UMass Boston with a background in Political Science and Education Studies, Khandace remains committed to creating a welcoming and supportive space where Boston’s young people can learn, lead, and grow.
