Danielle Halderman joined Camp Harbor View as the Director of Human Resources in 2017 bringing over 26 years of experience in both the non-profit and corporate sectors.

Danielle’s passion is to build talented, diverse, inclusive workplaces where employees thrive being their authentic selves, a culture where diversity is not just a conversation but a vital business imperative. Prior to joining Camp Harbor View, Danielle spent 8 years at The Partnership Inc., a non-profit firm that provides strategic planning, support, and guidance for organizations to build diverse leadership at every career stage.

For nearly 10 years, Danielle has served as a mentor and board member for Silver Lining Mentoring, serving youth in foster care through committed mentoring relationships and the development of essential life skills. Danielle continues to emphasize the value of mentorship for hundreds of young people at Camp Harbor View.

Danielle and her husband, Brian, reside in Swampscott and enjoy teaching young people leadership skills through their love of sailing.
