Krystal Pegram

Krystal Pegram is the Leadership Academy Director. In this role, she leads CHV’s 9th grade RISE and Leader in Training program teams and oversees the design and implementation of our year-round curriculum serving high school teens.

Krystal has extensive experience as a mentor of high school and college students, helping them to navigate the financial, social, emotional, and cultural aspects of matriculation. She is a passionate, creative, and innovative person who strives to guide youth and young adults to reach their fullest potential and set their sights on things they have never imagined possible!

She is an artist, entrepreneur, and program developer from the warm foothills of North Carolina. She holds degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and the Berklee College of Music and founded Well Done ProduKtions, an arts and entertainment consultation and development company.
