Andrew Davids

9th Grade RISE Program Manager

Andrew Davids has over 15 years of experience in youth development and early education. As a passionate advocate for children and underserved families, Andrew leads Camp Harbor View’s 9th Grade RISE program.

Prior to joining the Camp Harbor View team, Andrew worked at the YMCA of Greater Boston for over 10 years, most recently as the Director of the Roxbury YMCA after school program, as well as working for over a decade at Crossroads for Kids and Camp Wing. Andrew’s years of service in youth development have allowed him to interface with children and families from all walks of life and socio-economic backgrounds and to build the diverse set of skills needed to understand, develop and execute programs that are not just unique, but also sensitive and specific to the targeted demographic served by Camp Harbor View.

A native of Boston, Andrew grew up in Dorchester and Roxbury and attended the Boston Public Schools. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cambridge College, where he double majored in multidisciplinary studies and early education.
