How will I join the event?
24 hours before the event, you will receive a unique link and log-on instructions to the email address you’ve provided. The evening of the event, you will simply click the link and provide your information when prompted. Should you have any questions there will be a help button and you’ll have access to live tech support.
What device should I use for logging in?
It is extremely important to log-on to the event from a desktop computer or laptop. Please note, your Wi-Fi connection should be as strong as possible.
Will people see me during the event?
Once you enter the event you will see a live stream as well as buttons to take you to different pages. You will be in view-only mode for the entire speaking program, others will not see you.
What should I wear?
While there is no official dress code, we hope you will wear something festive – even if it’s just from the waist up!
If I’m tuning in with my household, how many devices will we need?
We recommend using one device per household or per two people. If using multiple devices in the same home, we recommend logging on from different rooms to avoid overlapping microphones. If you are joining with a partner, it may be advised to use a headphone splitter to help with sound quality.
